Members of this group meet weekly to socialize and to knit or crochet various items for either personal use or to make donations in the community (women’s shelter, red scarf project, tree of warmth, etc.).
Join us every Thursday evening from 6-7pm for relaxing class of Hatha Yoga. This class aims to maintain flexibility, strength and balance in a respectful environment by combining simple poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness, to calm the mind and energize the body.
Gather in a relaxed setting to express your creativity and learn new painting techniques from a skilled volunteer. This program is designed for beginners to seasoned painters; no painting experience required. Join this group to socialize, meet new people, share laughs, and have fun all while painting your own masterpiece.
Participants meet to socialize and work on their personal scrapbooking projects together. The cost to participate is $4.00 per session to cover materials.
Sewing for a cause! Participants work on various projects (pyjamas, clothing, quilts, etc.) based on needs. These articles are donated to different organizations and to individuals in our community or abroad. Registration required. *This program is currently at full capacity*
