Dynaband – Lavigne

The Dynaband program is an exercise program for older adults using dyna bands (elastic bands), and other exercise equipment. This class has components of endurance, balance and strength exercises and finishes with stretching. Come join us at the Lavigne Community Centre every Tuesday from 10:00-11:00!
