The Older Adults Staying in Shape (OASIS) is a holistic health program that meets the social, physical, emotional, mental health and cognitive needs of older adults living in West Nipissing.
A low-impact class for older adults that contains a mix of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and memory exercises. This class will also help improve your strength and mobility to prevent a fall. Join us at the 50+ Club in Cache Bay on Thursdays from 11:00-12:00!
